Online mediation and arbitration services are conducted via online platforms, including Zoom.

Costs
- You will provide Philip Mediation with an e-mail address and telephone number for each individual participant.
- Each participant will receive a link via e-mail, so that they can be given access to the online platform.
- Please complete your own test run several days prior to the scheduled mediation or arbitration by clicking on the e-mailed link, so that we can troubleshoot any technology issues ahead of time.
- Mediation: I will schedule separate pre-mediation calls via the online platform, so that we can include discussion of technology-specific questions or concerns.
- You will be provided with an Agreement to Mediate, as well as an Online Dispute Resolution Addendum, which you will be expected to sign and return prior to the mediation session.
- Arbitration: I will schedule a joint pre-hearing status conference via the platform, in order to address preliminary matters as well as technology-specific questions and concerns.
- For private arbitrations, you will be provided with an Online Dispute Resolution Agreement, which you will be expected to sign and return prior to the arbitration.
At the mediation/arbitration:
- Please log out of any other programs that may use your device microphone and/or camera.
- In the event that you are unable to connect via the platform, you will use computer audio and/or telephone
- You must commit to remaining in front of your device, microphone, and camera during the session, except during scheduled breaks or as otherwise agreed by all parties.
Costs
- There are no additional costs to participants for online services.
- You do not need to sign up for a paid subscription to the online platform in order to participate in the mediation/arbitration.
