Philip Mediation offers mediation services in the following areas:

- Family & interpersonal conflicts (excluding marital dissolution)

SCHEDULING
Sasha offers a variety of scheduling options in order to accommodate her clients' needs. Mediation services – including telephonic and video-conference mediations – are available by the hour (with a two-hour minimum), half day (4 hours) and full day (8 hours), depending on the type and complexity of the mediation.
In cases scheduled for four hours or more, Sasha conducts pre-mediation calls with each party after submission of the mediation brief, during which she explores the specifics of your case and discusses opportunities as well as potential impediments to a mediated agreement, in order to make the mediation as effective and efficient as possible. Mediation sessions are tailored to the needs and interests of the parties, and may be held in caucus (shuttle), joint session, or a combination thereof.
Sasha is available to conduct mediations at your facilities or at any location that is appropriate and agreeable to all parties. Sasha is also available to conduct video-conference and telephonic mediations.*
