ARBITRATION SERVICES
Ms. Philip is available to conduct arbitrations in the following areas:
Ms. Philip is a member of the American Arbitration Association's (AAA) commercial and consumer arbitrator panels, the FINRA arbitrator panel, Balance Billing Arbitration rosters in the states of Washington, Virginia, and Texas, and the King County and Snohomish County Superior Courts' Mandatory Arbitration (MAR) Panels, and is available to act as the swing/neutral arbitrator in UM/UIM insurance disputes, as well as for private arbitrations.
If the parties agree to have Ms. Philip serve as their arbitrator, please contact her to verify her availability. Please note that it is the parties' responsibility to submit any and all necessary documentation to the Court to initiate the arbitration proceeding if the matter is currently in litigation.

SCHEDULING
Arbitrations that are expected to require four hours or less are generally scheduled to begin at 9 a.m. or 1 p.m. Arbitrations that are expected to require more than four hours are generally scheduled to begin at 9 a.m.
